MANAGING YOUR POLICY

If you already have a U for Life policy with Tokio Marine Life, you may want to make a claim, or make certain changes to your policy. Find out how below.

MAKE A CLAIM

To make an insurance claim, the policy owner or nominee needs to forward us the death certificate and/or other necessary documents as evidence. If the claim you wish to make pertains to an accidental death, you may be asked to obtain a police report and/or post-mortem report. CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD

If your current payment method is via credit card or debit card, you can change it to direct debit authorisation with any of the following authorised banks: MayBank, PBB or BSN Bank. Simply EMAIL Tokio Marine Life customer service for more info.

ASSIGN A NEW OWNER TO YOUR POLICY

CHANGE THE NOMINEE IN YOUR POLICY

DECREASE YOUR COVER AMOUNT

You can decrease your cover amount, subject to the minimum sum assured. Email Tokio Marine Life customer service for more info.
